DogMatch is a platform that connects dog owners with professional trainers and dog hosts in Israel. We help you find a verified provider, coordinate through chat, and plan professional care for your dog.

We invest significant effort in vetting every provider who registers on the platform. The process includes:

• Reviewing professional certifications and licenses
• Identity verification
• Assessing experience and prior reviews
• Manual approval by the DogMatch team

Only trainers and hosts who meet all requirements appear on the platform with a "Verified" badge.

DogMatch operates solely as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to the transaction between the dog owner and the provider, and we bear no liability for any damage, injury, illness, loss, death, or any other harm caused to a dog, person, or property in the course of the service.

It is the responsibility of the dog owner and the provider to agree on the terms of service between themselves and to ensure appropriate insurance is in place. DogMatch recommends that dog owners check the matter of insurance before any hosting arrangement.

Training services are provided directly by the trainers and are not the responsibility of DogMatch. Results may vary depending on the dog, the owner, and the circumstances. DogMatch will not be liable for any damage resulting from training.

Any matter relating to service cancellation, refunds, or rescheduling is solely between the dog owner and the provider. DogMatch is not a party to the transaction and will not be liable for any dispute relating to cancellations or payments.

Payment is made directly between the parties. DogMatch does not charge fees at this stage and does not hold funds in escrow. Payment arrangements are solely between the dog owner and the provider.

The information you provide on DogMatch is used solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell information to third parties. For more details, contact us.

When you receive a new message through the DogMatch chat system while you are not active in the app, we'll send a notification to the email address registered to your account. The notification will include a preview of the message and a direct link to the conversation. You can manage your notification settings from within the app.

DogMatch reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
